  • Began career as a full-time professional evaluator in 2004 for a non-profit corporation focused on assisting education stakeholders
  • Active leadership or involvement in more than 50 evaluation and research projects, including project evaluations, need analysis and needs assessment, needs sensing, data mining, instrument development and norming, and stakeholder perception studies, among others
  • Recent evaluations have included STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) initiatives for teachers and students; college awareness, access, and success initiatives; history and social studies professional development projects; parent engagement initiatives; training and support for arts-integrated instruction; and high school redesign (among some other unique topics)
  • Author/co-author of more than 80 reports for clients
  • Author, co-author, or contributor for 80 additional briefs, summaries, and compliance reports (such as the standardized reports required by some federal agencies)
  • Co-author/co-presenter for 25 papers, posters, roundtables, and workshops at state, regional, and national conferences (including AEA, AERA, and NCCEP/GEAR UP)
